LIFE BEGINS

AT CONCEPTION. THE WAY YOU CAN TELL IS IF IT’S GROWING. IT’S THAT SIMPLE. IF IT STOPS GROWING. IT HAS DIED. I DON’T BEGIN TO COMPREHEND HOW PEOPLE DON’T GET THAT. NO DISCUSSION NEEDED. IT’S JUST SIMPLE.

GOD PROVIDED LIFE FOR US, THE FLOWERS AND THE TREES AND WE ARE THANKFUL FOR THE BEAUTY. EVEN THE ANIMALS ARE SPECIALLY MADE FOR US TO ENJOY, THAT IS IF THEY DON’T BITE US. BUT JUST LOOK AT EACH ONE, SO UNIQUE: THE ELEPHANT WITH HIS TRUNK EVEN SOME STILL HAVE IVORY TUSKS. THE GIRAFFE HAS A LONG NECK AND THE CAMEL MAY HAVE ONE OR TWO LUMPS. THE ZEBRA HAS STRIPES AND THE TIGER HAS THEM TOO, A BEAUTIFUL COLOR OF BROWN AND ORANGE. THE LEOPARD HAS SPOTS, THE LION WITH A MANE, MONKEYS WITH THEIR ODD LITTLE WAYS AND WOLVES WITH BLUE EYES.

THEN THERE ARE COWS AND GOATS THAT GIVE MILK. SHEEP THAT PROVIDE WOOL AND CHICKENS THAT GIVE EGGS. THEY’RE ALL BORN AND LIVE FROM CONCEPTION JUST LIKE PEOPLE. by DEE VAVRINEC

HEALING BY GRACE SUMMER OF 2020 MY FRIEND DROPPED ME OFF AT THE GROCERY STORE. SHE HAD JUST GOT THE NEWS HER HUSBAND WAS IN CONJESTIVE HEART FAILURE, SO WHEN SHE DROPPED ME OFF, NEITHER ONE OF US NOTICED IT WAS UNEVEN AND I STUMBLED AND CAUGHT MYSELF ON MY RIGHT FOOT, WHICH WAS ALREADY COMPROMISED FROM TWO PAST SURGERIES. I WAS IN PAIN WITH IT FOR MONTHS AND TRIED TO DO EXERCISES TO IMPROVE IT. HOWEVER ONE OF THE EXERCISES I DID WAS FOR THE ABDOMEN AND NOT THE ANKLE, UNBEKNOWN TO ME: I PULLED MY HERNIA CREATED FROM THE PANCREATIC SURGERY I HAD 18 YEARS BEFORE. ON SEPTEMBER 13TH I WAS IN SO MUCHPAIN I CALLED AN AMBULANCE AND WENT TO YHE HOSPITAL, WHERE THEY TESTED ME FOR COVID AND PUT A TUBE IN MY NOSE, DOWN MY THROAT AND INTO MY STOMACH. YHEY KEPT ME FOR YHREE DAYS, AFTER DOING A CATSCAN. SEVEN DOCTORS SAW ME IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM, TWO OF THEM SURGEONS. ONE OF THEM PUSHED THE HERNIA BACK IN PLACE. IMMEDIATELY THE PAIN STOPPED. A MONTH LATER, OCTOBER 13TH, I WENT BACK BY AMBULANCE AND I AGAIN SAW A SURGEON, ONE OF THE DOCTORS PUSHED THE HERNIA BACK IN. BOTH TIMES THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE I WOULD HAVE TO HAVE INTESTINAL SURGERY AND BOTH TIMES I WENT TO SEE THE SURGEON, THEY HAD ASSIGNED ME THE FIRST TIME. HE TOLD ME ALL THE COMPLICATIONS I COULD ENDURE AND FINISHED BY SAYING IT WOULD BE VERY DANGEROUS FOR ME. THE SECOND TIME I LOOKED UP TO THE LORD AND KNEW HE WOULD HAVE TO HEAL ME. SO THE NEXT TIMEI HAD PAIN, I LAID DOWN ON MY BED ON MY BACK AND PRAYED AND CRIED OUT TO JESUS TO HEAL ME. FOR A COUPLE HOURS. THEN ONE MORE TIME AND I BEGGED GOD TO HEAL ME. THEN ONE MORE TIME, PRAYING AND BELIEVING HE WOULD HEAL ME. EACH TIME SPENDING LESS TIME BEFORE IT WENT BACK IN. THE FIRST TIME WAS A COUPLE HOURS AND I THOUGHT I AM NOT CALLING THE AMBULACE AGAIN AND I DIDN’T. THREE MONTHS LATER AND NO PAIN. I REALIZED GOD HEALED ME. AND I THANK HIM EVERY TIME I THINK OF IT AND REALIZE HOW AMAZING HE IS AND THAT HE REALLY HEALED ME. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME GOD HAS HEALED ME. I BELIEVE IN HEALING AND KNOW IT FROM THE INSIDE OUT, MORE THAN ONCE. A COUPLE WEEKS LATER A PASTOR WAS EXPLAINING HOW WHEN WE GO UNDER THE GRACE OF GOD, THAT’S WHEN HE HEALS US AND WE DO THAT BY HUMBLING OURSELF BEFORE HIM. THANK YOU JESUS, I AMFOREVER GRATEFUL. PARTY IN HEAVEN

I ALWAYS WANTED TO WORK IN A party atmosphere. I just realized that was always my desire for heaven. Back in the 90’s, I nearly found it. I was doing real estate and walking strongly in the Lord and the atmosphere was the closest to the party I had searched for: meeting new people constantly, working with house plans and selling new houses. Plus working with men who treated woman with respect and as equals. I had already been rescued by God, out of the world. It was He who took me into real estate and He who took me out. Today I want to follow God more than ever. Covid-19 has caused me to dig deeper and search harder.   Our country was started by Christians, who came here so they could worship God freely. Somehow this got turned around to freedom of religion. There is a big difference between Christianity and religion. Christians follow Christ only; people who follow religion follow their own beliefs. True Christians follow the Bible written by men inspired by God’s Holy Spirit.   America is God’s Promised Land, promised to Abraham years ago. The Word says if His people will pray, God will bless our land.  There are many people today, who don’t understand they will not comprehend God’s word unless they accept Jesus. He makes that plain in His Word.  God’s word says we die without HOPE: Hope is the bright spot in my day. Hope is an eternal spring that feeds your life. Christ feeds that spring through His Word and through the Holy Spirit.

 

MEETING JESUS FACE TO FACE

LAST NIGHT I TURNED MY PAIN OVER TO GOD. I DIDN’T cry out like I wanted to and was disappointed that I didn’t but talked to God and asked Him to take the problem:

Fear in the middle of the storm is normal, fear of the storm that may come is worry. When we listen to God through His Holy Spirit fear is gone. In our relationship with God, faith brings hope. When we speak through faith and hope to others God lives through us. However sometimes when we speak, satan twists our words and the hearer is really unknowingly listening to satan.

It’s hard to not feel superior because of my education, intelligence, gifting and race. Where do I draw the line between feeling good about myself and feeling inferior? We are told to love others as we love ourselves, loving God first is above all. This is a lifetime, learning process. We will not be perfected till we meet Jesus face to face.

WATCHING MY PASTOR SPEAK THIS MORNING IS HEALING TO MY SOUL: TO those who think our state is becoming a police state I say this: most of the news is garbage. I learned that years ago. God is the only supreme being–only. as Jon said the bible is number one in what we follow. So whatever happens God is in control, not the president, not the governor, so nothing is more important, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, call on His name. The power is in His name.

A DIFFERENT WORLD WE ARE IN A different world. Different than it’s ever been. Almost unbelievable that this happened to our families, our country. Something out of a horror movie. Romans 8:28 says all things work together to bring good to those who believe in Him, who are called according to His purpose. We all know the good we have is in each other. Jesus said love God first and others as yourself. We are grasping the full meaning of this under forced separation. Our need for each other is greater than ever and the behavior problems pale in our loss.

TO ME GOD GLOWS FROM MY LAUNDRY ROOM FLOOR. This is how it happened. I watch for sales on my particular laundry soap, because I have an allergy to most, there is only one I can use. It normally sells for 7 or 8 dollars a bottle and the day after my kids went grocery shopping for me,it went on sale for l.99 a bottle, but you had to buy 5. Which was fine because I always stock up, as it goes on sale just every few months. Anyway I asked a friend to pick it up for me. She couldn’t go till late afternoon. I prayed and asked God to save me 6 bottles and I even saw them on the shelf. When she stopped by to get my list I had changed my amount from 7 to 6 bottles. when she came back with my groceries I was so happy she had been able to get the soap. I counted 6 bottles. I asked were you able to get them for $1.99. She said yes. I looked at the total bill and gave her the money. As she left, I told her how happy I was to get the soap. She said yes, and they were the last ones on the shelf. I said I prayed and asked God to save them for me. I’m happy to get my soap, I’m happy God answered my prayer, that He sees me and hears my prayer, but most of all I’m glad, happy and overjoyed that He is, that He is real, that He exists. And I know it.

John 14:9 says: Don’t you know me Phillip, even after I have been among you such a long time. Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. There are several places in the Bible that tells us Jesus is God. John 1:1 tells us the Word was with God in the beginning and the Word was God. Rev. 19:13 His name is the Word of God. Jn 1:14 The word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. I see my time understanding is changing as I age. It makes me wonder if God is bringing me into His time. Because days don’t mean as much as they did, nor the hour of the day. Curious. “He will make me more like Him.”

JERMIAH 29:11 SAYS FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU “DECLARES THE LORD, “PLANS TO PROSPER YOU AND NOT TO HARM YOU, PLANS TO GIVE YOU HOPE AND A FUTURE. GOD KNOWS US IN THE WOMB, EVEN BEFORE. HE MADE PLANS FOR OUR LIVES. WHEN WE LISTEN TO HIS STILL SMALL VOICE HE LEADS US IN HIS PLAN AND IF WE FOLLOW WE HAVE A FUTURE WITH HOPE. HOPE IS LIFE TO OUR SPIRIT THE LIFE BLOOD OF OUR SOUL. DREAMS SPRING FROM HOPE. IDEAS WITH WINGS. OUR MOST VALUED TREASURE.
